Job responsibilities include:

  • Entering pricing and orders into Excel and proprietary software
  • Invoicing
  • Locating files in database
  • Verifying packing slips
  • Copies of back orders
  • Organizing files
  • General clerical work
  • Copy credit card receipts
  • Assisting customers with questions by phone and email
  • Assist with paperwork for shipments
  • Handling UPS packages

Job Requirements

Must be proficient in Word & Excel

Must have a troubleshooting aptitude

Good overall computer skills

Must have your own transportation

Must be able to multi-task

Must have excellent phone skills
