Job Description

Lansdale area office is looking for an experienced customer service/insides sales rep to join their team.

Duties include:

Answer phones and respond to customer requests for service

Make service appointments and input customer data into database per approved procedures

Achieve call booking goals and other key performance indicators

Assign, dispatch and close customer appointments in computer system

Transfer customer calls to appropriate staff

Perform other customer service duties as assigned

Responsible to present additional services to customers

Previous inside sales experience

Salary is $16 - $18 hr based on experience.
