Job Description


Ensure company receives fully executed files in a timely fashion from closing agents

· Facilitates review, correction if needed, and delivery of completed packages to lender

· Works to obtain signature on missing or additional documents from lender, borrower, closing agent

· Remedy post closing issues or missing items through contact with closing agents and consumers

· Monitoring and responding to questions/information at post closing email addresses.

· Understand and comply with regulatory requirement for funding, recording and policies.

· Timely and accurate sending of recordings to proper counties for recording

· Ability to detect errors and create a preventive mechanism prior to submitting recordings

Job Requirements


Act as a liaison between Company, the loan officer, processor, and the borrower.

· Review title commitments for vesting and requirements to be satisfied at the table.

· Quality control check package prior to sending out to lender for approval.

· Perform final check for taxes, premium, endorsement, vesting and all other checklist items prior to sending to closing.

· Work with scheduler to set closing times with customers. Securing notaries for scheduled closings or conducting closings personally as needed.

· Work to obtain additional information as needed by funding group for disbursements Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:

· 2+ years of title/mortgage or financial company experience.

· Excellent oral communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with internal staff and external customers

· Detail oriented

· Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary internal and external customer service

· Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices

· Knowledge of basic computer programs to include Windows, Microsoft Word and Excel, Internet and Microsoft Outlook.

Work Experience Requirements: • College Degree Preferred
